Director of Operations
Vivian serves as Director of Operations for RBO & Co. She specifically provides operational oversight for the completion of all client services, new business, accounting, staff deployment and office management. Her accessibility, attention to detail and responsiveness ensures that strategies are implemented to help meet the unique needs of every client.
Vivian began her career in corporate banking with Bank of America and spent twenty years in consumer and commercial retail banking and lending in the Napa Valley before joining RBO in 2006. She attended California State University, Fresno and holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from California State University, Sonoma with an emphasis in Management and Finance.
In addition to spending time with family and friends, Vivian enjoys traveling to explore other cultures and cuisines.
