Administrative Executive
Pam serves as the Administrative Executive for RBO & Co. With over 20 years of experience and a track record of exceptional performance in client focused, time-sensitive environments, Pam manages administrative duties and client relations closely with our leadership team.
Pam came to RBO after 14 years in the office of the General Manager of Meadowood Napa Valley, where she served four general managers and was a member of the Executive Committee overseeing the resort. Across the vast property and operation, she was called upon to assist and problem solve in many areas such as hotel operations, project management, employee relations, maintenance and service. Prior to Meadowood, Pam was a supervisor at a local wine and food institution, The Bounty Hunter, and before that an executive assistant to the COO of Landry’s Restaurants, a previously publicly traded restaurant brand owner.
Pam and her husband are native Texans who moved to California in 2003. They reside in Napa with their son and enjoy wine and cuisine, escaping to Pismo Beach, and family movie nights.
